Probooker Interfaces |
Probooker for Hotels is able to integrate with your other Hotel services, such as Telephones or Epos Tills, by providing an interface solution which reads the output of these devices and places the billing information into the Hotel Software. We have partnerships with many existing suppliers but we are happy to provide your current supplier with the necessary information to bridge their product with Probooker.

- Website:
The live online booking system within Probooker is easily integrated into your existing website. The work required is small and simple enough to undertake yourselves or with the help of your existing design company. At it's simplest it is just a small piece of code that you place on your booking page but larger and more customer rich booking processes can be catered for.
- Telephony and Internet:
Probooker for Hotels can integrate with your existing phone system or in-house internet service. Customer's phone charges are placed into their account as soon as they terminate their call or internet browsing.
- Epos Tills:
Real-time charges from your Bar or Restaurant can be placed onto your customer's account. You can utilise as many tills as you wish and the customer's room number is taken at the point of sale.
- Interactive TV:
Probooker for Hotels is able to interface with Interactive TV whereby customers can order Hotel products or services from the comfort of their own room via the Television.
- Check-In Kiosks:
We can offer a complete Check-In kiosk solution. Customers can check themselves into the hotel at any time negating the worry and cost of full time reception staffing.
- PDAs:
You are able to utilise a PDA as a roaming handheld PC and interrogate the bookings diary from anywhere away from the Hotel reception.
- Messaging:
You can have a messaging service which will aid in the smooth running of your Hotel. Messages can be sent to Staff Pagers upon certain events such a room becoming free, customer's checking in, etc. This ensures that certain staff can be in touch with requirements at all times on an immediate basis.
- Doorcards and Smartcards:
We offer an interface with suppliers of doorcards and smartcards for the latest in customer interactivity.
- Postcode Address Files:
Probooker can work with Postcode files allowing your staff to speed up the guest registering process by filling out their full address just from a supplied Postcode.
- Payment Processors:
You may have an interface with Payment Processors such as PDQ machines. For example, customer's credit cards can be swiped on arrival to validate their authenticity.
